How do I know when my filter needs replacing?

The carbon technologies in our DWETS filters help control the taste and the smell of the water. Once the carbon in the filters expires the water will gradually start to taste and smell as it did before using the filter. Rest assured that the filter will still be filtering bacteria, cysts and harmful contaminants. This is simply a ‘sensory’ prompt to let you know its time to change the filter.

What if I do not use my filter every day?

Simply reactivate the filter. This is done by submerging the filter in water until fully saturated and gently flushing the water through the filter.
NOTE: Please refer to the products instruction manual for complete details on reactivation as activation times and flushing methods may vary.
